PLEASE NOTE

Seasonal pitches available 1st April to 30 Sept £1600.00 payable in advance,extras at normal rate

From 17 July to 29 Aug serviced pitches (electric 6 amp) are only available on a weekly basis (sat to sat or sun to sun)

Minimum of 3 nights stay without electric are available from 17 July to 29 August. Early bookings are advisable for July and August.

The Hayloft Bar /shop will be open June to September.
(However some amenities may be reduced in quieter months

We do not charge for infants or awnings, breathable groudsheets must be used. FREE hot water to all Sinks, basins and showers.Freezers for ice packs.
Vat is also included in the tariff. 

   BOOKING CONDITIONS

1 Bookings are from 12.00 Midday on the day of arrival to 10.30 on the day of departure.
2. A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per week or part week is required for each pitch.
3. The balance will be due on arrival for- April, May, June, Sept, Oct and are not refundable.
4.For July, August the balance will need to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.If the the balance is not paid in full in time, We will assume you have cancelled your holidays and we will re-let your pitch and No Refund will be given.However if you cancel your holiday after sending the full balance again No refund will be given. 

5.Well behaved pets are welcome but must be kept on a short lead, AT ALL TIMES. Any accidental Fouling on the grass or drives must be removed immediately and disposed of in the appropriate Manner by the owner.
6. If you fail to arrive on the date you have booked, your pitch may be re-let from 10.00am the Following day, unless the Management have been informed of your delay. If you would like to Arrive a day late we will still require FULL payment 
7. The speed limit throughout the park is strictly 10mph.                                                                         8. All quiet by 11.30pm.At all other times the enjoyment of others must not be compromised by Excessive noise.
9. Parents are responsible for providing the appropriate supervision of all their children and infants at all times whilst on the park. Please do not allow your children to cause disturbance by allowing them to play between caravans and tents. Children will not be allowed in the play area, before 9.00am and after 9.00 pm, for the respect of campers pitched nearby.
10. Groups or parties may be excepted at the managements discretion, and by prior arrangement With Full payment being received 4 weeks prior to your arrival, a  cash security deposit will be taken on arrival  .(ask about special terms)
11. The Proprietors reserve the right to refuse a reservation or to terminate a booking of any Person whose conduct is detrimental to the well-being or comfort of other park occupants.
12. Extensions are subject to availability and may involve moving pitch.                                                  13. No lorries are permitted on site.
14. If information supplied is incorrect at the the time of booking ie tent size, the management can not be held responsable, however we will do our best to accommodate.                                             15. PAYMENT of your fees/deposits constitutes accepting these conditions.

16. No generators permitted on site.

17. All vistors must report to reception,for the safety and security of the site. Stays over 4 hours will incur a charge.
